Be spotlighted via The New School in 3 powerful ways (blog, podcast & more!)

Three(!) powerful ways to get spotlighted by The New School—via their podcast, their Impact Entrepreneurship blog, or as an entrepreneurship mentor💪🏽#DirectAccess

The New School is an esteemed institution—its faculty and alumni include numerous notable fashion designers (such as Alexander Wang, Marc Jacobs, and Donna Karan), business people (such as Chris Hughes, co-founder of Facebook), political figures, journalists, musicians, artists, and more! i.e. absolutely an organization worth being associated with.

That’s why we’re all the more excited to flag *three* ongoing visibility opportunities through The New School’s Impact Entrepreneurship Initiative (IEI).

The New School is seeking female founders for three(!) incredible opportunities via IEI:

  • Receive an individual spotlight on The New School blog

  • Be a guest on The New School’s podcast

  • Become a The New School entrepreneurship mentor for graduate students

1) Receive an individual spotlight via The New School Blog

✔️ Check out The New School’s Impact Entrepreneurship blog to see recent features.

➡️ To get featured, submit this form for a blog feature 👏🏽

Pro tip: You don't have to be impact-oriented to get featured as New School features individuals with mentor qualities all the time, i.e. our New School contact confirmed that given Dreamers & Doers’ rigorous curation, all of you bring the necessary qualities to the table to get featured!

2) Be a guest on The New School’s podcast

Be a guest on The New School IEI podcast hosted by graduate student assistant Kosi Dunn and Community Director Justyna Kedra. To be featured, send over a quick bio and links to social media handles and website links. The podcast team will reach out to schedule an interview. The podcast is recorded every Monday either at noon or 1pm EST.

✔️ Check out The New School’s Impact Entrepreneurship podcast to learn more about the recent spotlights.

3) Serve as a mentor to graduate students in the entrepreneurship program

Being an entrepreneurship mentor for The New School may help establish yourself as a credible source for entrepreneurship, and beyond.

The New School is actively cultivating relationships with serial entrepreneurs, social impact trailblazers, and various other subject-matter experts via IEI to provide students with an influential network as they continue on their entrepreneurial journey.

To serve as a mentor, you must be an entrepreneur and/or investor who understands the impact entrepreneurship space and have about 2-3 hours a semester to spare. If interested, reach out by sending your website link or Linkedin profile and you will be added to the list of mentors. You will be contacted if there is a match. As a mentor, you will attend 2-3 pitch nights each academic semester for students to receive feedback.
