Victoria (Hagman) Alexander, a Dreamers & Doers member, runs the women-owned business spotlight blog series over at Realty Collective—and she'd love to feature more women from this community.

Each month, the series shines a light on a different woman-owned business, sharing her story and putting it in front of Realty Collective's audience in Brooklyn and beyond. The series was born out of a simple truth: women-owned businesses so often face a visibility gap, and this felt like a meaningful, easy way to help close it. Past features have ranged from wellness studios to vintners to adaptive clothing designers, and the response has been lovely.
