About the event

🔥During this lightning round mastermind you'll get to work in small groups to help spark game-changing ideas to catapult yourself and your business forward. We’re facilitating a structured format whereby each of you will have a chance to get feedback on a specific problem or inquiry you are facing with your business.
You're in for a treat, as we've recruited the brilliant Sara Dahan, a facilitator extraordinaire, to guide you through this mastermind.
Think of a problem that you’d like to tackle in advance to maximize what you get out of this mastermind. 🎉
➡️ Perhaps you want to know how to incorporate Tik Tok into your social media presence, or need some creative ways to pivot events during the pandemic?
➡️ Pick a problem that won’t require a lot of technical expertise from your fellow members.
⚡️Here's how the lightning round mastermind will work!
Set up: We will place you into breakout rooms with a total of 3-4 D&Ders for your mastermind.
Format: Each person will have 10 minutes as the "subject" of the mastermind.
- 3 mins: Intro on your company/work and explain your problem and for other members to ask follow-up Qs to better understand the issue.
- 7 mins: First, the group will brainstorm as many ideas as possible while you listen and take notes (~2 mins). Then, you will pick the idea that excites you the most to dive deeper into with the group (~5 mins).
Masterminds are the perfect opportunity to connect with your fellow peers as opposed to subject matter experts (tune into our #OfficeHours for specific expertise).
🎥✔️: For this event, turning your camera on is essential.
