✔️Format: Everyone will get the spotlight for roughly 6-7 minutes to talk about current struggles (and wins)! The core focus will be on #realtalk. It might feel awkward at times, but we’ve seen time and again that the deepest connections tend to be made this way.

✔️Why it’s different: It's an opportunity for being refreshingly honest and to peek behind each other's curtains. It's the opposite of superficial networking or getting to know each other by scrolling through social media feeds ;-).
