About the event
This is a 1 hour session where you’ll be matched with other members that are growing similar businesses at similar stages.
In this lightning round format you’ll get to connect more deeply with other members, all while letting your creative juices flow and exercising your problem-solving chops. You're in for a treat, as we've recruited the brilliant Lauren Burke, a seasoned braintrust facilitator, to guide you through this mastermind.
We recommend thinking of a problem that you’d like to tackle in advance as it will maximize what you get out of this mastermind.
➡️ Perhaps you want to know how to incorporate Tik Tok into your social media presence, or need some creative ways to pivot events during the pandemic?
➡️ Pro tip: pick a problem that won’t require a lot of technical expertise from your fellow members.
Our goals for the session are twofold; first, for you to meet other dreamy members of D&D and second, to work in small groups to help spark game-changing ideas to catapult your business forward. To enable the second goal we’re facilitating a format whereby each of you will have a chance to get feedback on a specific problem or inquiry you are facing with your business at this moment in time.
⚡️Here's how the lightning round mastermind will work!
Set up: We will place you into breakout rooms with 2-3 other D&Ders for your mastermind.
Format: Each person will have 7-9 minutes as the "subject" of the mastermind.
- 2 mins: For you to explain your problem and for other members to ask follow up questions to better understand the issue.
- 2 mins: The group will then have two minutes to brainstorm as many ideas as possible while you listen and take notes.
- 3-5 mins: You will then have three to five minutes to dig deeper into one of the brainstorm ideas that excites you!
To make this mastermind and the personalized matches as impactful as possible, we’re asking that you only register if you’re fully committed to showing up (for yourself and fellow members). #BetterTogether #LetsDoThis
