AI is changing the way we work at an extraordinary pace. But amid all the conversations about automation, efficiency, and scale, many founders are asking a deeper question: how can technology make business feel more human, not less?

We spoke with innovative female founders and leaders in the Dreamers & Doers community to hear how they’re thoughtfully integrating AI, systems and operational innovation into the way they build. From streamlining workflows to strengthening customer experiences, these women are embracing technology not as a replacement for human connection, creativity, or trust, but as a tool to support and amplify them.

What emerged was a refreshingly nuanced perspective on innovation. In a moment when so much of the business world feels focused on doing more—and doing it faster—these women prove that the future of innovation may belong to the leaders using technology to help people feel more seen, supported, connected, and empowered.

Co-Founder & CEO of QINTI Applied Intelligence, building AI systems, education, and automation for entrepreneurs in the markets the tech industry forgot.

Typically, the AI industry builds for the already-connected: fast internet, big budgets, English-first interfaces, and venture-backed teams in San Francisco deciding what the rest of the world needs. After spending nearly 20 years working with entrepreneurs on five continents, I build from the opposite direction. I have watched brilliant and resourceful entrepreneurs get left behind not because they lacked intelligence but because no one bothered to show up where they are. QINTI exists to close that gap.

CEO & Founder of Envision Horizons, a technology-enabled Amazon, TikTok, and retail media agency.

There’s a lot of noise around AI replacing service roles and agencies, but we see it as a massive opportunity to elevate the client experience. AI allows us to deliver faster, deeper insights and more effective services without dramatically increasing costs to our clients.

We focus on brands doing $10M to $200M in revenue and a number of larger clients, all with a clear goal: bring enterprise-level analytics and ways of working to challenger brands so they can compete—and win—in an increasingly competitive e-commerce landscape.

Founder & CEO of Better Together Agency, a Black woman-founded, AI-forward communications agency that builds integrated campaigns for mission-driven campaigns.

I built TogetherAI because startups, advocacy groups, and nonprofits doing serious work in their communities have always been priced out of the communications support they actually need, and I wanted to change that in a way that was practical, not theoretical. TogetherAI works as a dedicated communications team that already knows each organization inside and out, trained on their own data, voice, and mission so the content it produces sounds like them every time—without hours of re-explaining context or starting from scratch with a generic tool. My agency was built on the belief that communications should make the world more fair and equal, and TogetherAI is how I put that into practice every day. A nonprofit or advocacy group with a serious mission should never have to choose between doing the work and telling the story of why it matters.

CEO of Mavryx, designing systems of growth for tech leaders, firms, and builders operating in AI-driven markets.

I’m rethinking what actually creates durable advantage in the AI-native market. In my work with top-tier investors, builders, and leaders, I’m seeing a clear shift. Advantage is no longer defined by technical capability alone, but by who builds brand equity, earns trust, and creates value through the eyes of their audience. At Mavryx, I focus on designing systems of growth that integrate narrative, network, product, and distribution so they compound over time. These are not treated as separate functions. They are built to reinforce each other from the start. Instead of optimizing for one advantage, we build systems that continuously generate trust, adoption, and relevance.

Founder & Principal Product Strategist of Affinity Collective, the digital product partner behind your favorite apps and memberships.

Community isn’t the offer; it’s what happens when the offer actually works. Instead of starting by asking how to build a community, I start by asking what transformation we’re delivering and how we’re designing a member journey that makes results inevitable. My background in user experience design shapes our approach to community strategy. I focus on designing the right experience to drive a result—not just adding more content or features. As AI and social platforms evolve, forums and content drops aren’t enough anymore. The real opportunity is designing personalized experiences that build momentum, create connection, and make people want to stay.

Brand Strategist, Fractional CMO & Founder of Studio SB Agency, a bespoke brand strategy agency helping established founders close the gap between who they've become and how their brand shows up in the world.

Most brand agencies start with design, but I start with diagnosis. Through the Brand Architecture Method, I work upstream of creative to fix the positioning, messaging, and strategic foundation that makes everything downstream actually work. But the bigger reinvention is Moxie, an AI-powered marketing platform I'm launching in beta that anchors every AI output in a founder's brand architecture before a single word gets written. I built it after watching brilliant founders hand their voice over to generic tools and slowly begin to sound like everyone else. The market needed AI execution built on real strategic foundations, not just speed.

Fatima Teos smiling warmly

Founder of Vita Nova Media, a brand strategy and storytelling studio helping purpose-driven founders build clear, compelling brands supported by systems that work in real life.

Traditionally, the brand strategy work I do would require a full agency team. I've built it differently. I run a high-touch, deeply personal brand strategy practice supported by AI systems that handle the operational load behind the scenes. What led me here was seeing the founders I serve—mostly women building purpose-driven businesses—stuck between two extremes: expensive agencies that didn't understand them and DIY tools that left them exhausted and without real direction. I built something in the middle: strategic, human, and designed to actually support how they work and live. And, by building strong systems into how I operate, I've been able to grow without losing proximity to the work, my clients, or my life.

CEO & Founder of Badassery, a podcast guest agency helping founders, executives and experts secure aligned podcast placements that build authority, visibility, and meaningful business relationships.

The podcast guesting industry is fragmented, old-school, and hasn't been productized much. Agents are duct-taping together five to seven different platforms just to land a single booking. When I pivoted into this space less than two years ago, I came in as a student first, closely observing how experienced agents actually worked before imposing any assumptions. What I saw was an operational bottleneck masquerading as a workflow. I brought in an engineer and put on a product hat to build an internal operating system that consolidates the entire booking process into one platform, increases agent capacity without adding headcount, and productizes the client experience end to end. That shift from service provider to product-minded operator has fundamentally changed how we deliver results and how we think about growth.

Daria Leshchenko smiling warmly

CEO & Managing Partner of SupportYourApp, an Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company that has been providing secure technical, customer support and CX services to growing companies around the globe since 2010.

For me, customer support has never been something secondary. It’s part of the product itself. The way we talk to our customers shapes how they see our company. At the same time, the solution isn’t to simply grow teams. We focus on combining AI with human support in a practical way: automation takes care of repetitive tasks, while people handle situations where empathy and context actually matter. This approach allows our clients—and us—to grow without losing quality in customer experience.
