As I sit down to write this to you, I'm filled with happy-sad tears… 🫶 the kind you cry when something you've poured your heart into is ready for its next chapter, and you realize the most loving thing you can do is trust someone else to add their own magic and carry it forward.

I am so(!!!!) incredibly honored to share that Dreamers & Doers is entering its next most magical and dreamy era by being acquired, and by… one of you. 💖

Christina Salerno, a member nearly since day one, is taking over as Dreamers & Doers' new owner and CEO.

I know this is big news, but I also know with all my heart that she is the most epic, aligned human to be stepping into this role:

She's been building communities for 20 years, and for the last five has been my trusted advisor and “CEO whisperer” through her company, Magical Teams. She knows and loves this community from the inside out.

Many of you will understand what this decision means to me. Dreamers & Doers has been my life for over a decade. I never started it to sell it. In fact, I said 'no' to acquisition offers when they came trickling in.

And yet, I have never felt more certain that the time has come to pass the baton and to shepherd Dreamers & Doers, and your member experience, into its most expansive and impactful chapter yet.

I'm so proud and happy to share:

The heart of what you love about Dreamers & Doers continues. As a member for over ten years, Christina is extremely committed to protecting the magic that makes this community what it is. 💫💫
And, she is already working on many ways to add to your lives and businesses immediately, including streamlining things behind the scenes so we can bring new opportunities your way oh-so soon.
The entire Dreamers & Doers team will still be right here with you, including the one and only Taylor Harrington, your dreamiest Head of Community. 🎉
Plus, more magic is coming soon from Cara, your NEW extraordinary Head of Expansion ✨(think more visibility, strategic introductions, and partnerships, yayyy).
And me?? You get the best of all worlds. My role will evolve into more of an advisor role, but I will keep infusing this community with the love, real talk, creative sparkle, and visibility you've come to know it for and will continue popping into your inbox and Circle.

Without further ado, here’s 👋 a little welcome video to say “hi” by your most extraordinary, dreamy, magical new CEO, Christina Salerno. 🤩 More than anything: I am SO freakin' grateful to you. Whether you've been a member for 12 years or 4 weeks, our impact, this next chapter wouldn't be possible without you. I'll never quite find the words for how much this means to me.
